Resort Guidelines and Policies

Thanking for choosing Irai Safari Retreat for your stay in Tadoba.

We wish you an enjoyable and fun filled stay with us, however for a comfortable and memorable experience we request you to take care of yourself and your family or group during the stay. Avoid touching any wildlife you see and don’t get too close as It’s not safe for you or for them as well.

Being located in the buffer zone of Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve and right next to the beautiful Irai lake Irai Safari Retreat is surrounded by much greenery with a variation of trees. Jungle being home to the wild animals and you’re in their territory we must adhere the rules and stick to various safety measures while staying near a wildlife park.

• Please do not venture out of the cottage or the tent during night.
• Do not keep the doors and windows open during your stay as there is a chance that rats, lizard, frog, snake may enter the cottage or the tents you are staying. Please don’t panic if you see any rodents in your room. Kindly call the front office or the house keeping staff to clear it. Kindly consider this because you are in a jungle and these unwanted guests cannot be avoided.
• Do not carry eatables inside the rooms as the smell of the food may attract rodents.
• Carry your regular medicine or general medicine if required in unavoidable circumstances. Nearest medical facility is available only at Chandrapur city which is 30 kms.
• All Children (a person under 18 yrs) staying at the resort must be accompanied by an adult and must be supervised by an adult at all the times.
• The resorts management will not in any way be responsible for any loss/damage to the guest’s valuables/article unless declared upon arrival/check in and only to be stored or keep in resorts safe box.
• Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their units when going out or going to bed. The resorts management will not be any way be responsible for any loss/damage.
• The resort has its own car park. The resort does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to any vehicle or its contents either internal or external.
• The guest will be held responsible for any loss of damage to the resort property caused by themselves their guests or any person whom they are responsible.

Note:  Kindly abide by the above rules if not followed management will not be responsible for any of your losses or damages.

Cancellation and Payment Policy:

Cancellation Policy for Accommodation: –

• 45 days before check-in: 10% on total invoice amount as banking and administration fee.                                
• Between 45 – 30 days before check in: 30% of total invoice amount.
• Between 30 – 15 days before check-in: 50% of the total invoice amount.
• Bookings cancelled under 15 days before check-in or No Show: 100% of the advance paid.

Payment Policy:

• 50% payment payable at the time of booking to hold the booking on confirmed basis.
• Balance 50% payment will be payable 10 days before check in to mark final confirmation.
