After confirmation of booking, 10% of the room tariff will be charged
If there is any cancellation, banking and admin fee will be charged up to 7 days of check-in.
Within 7 days there is no refund.
The cancellation amount is calculated as per booking amount and not as per advance deposited.
If there is a lockdown then we will issue a credit note of the 10% advance paid for accommodation.
Currently, we require guests to pay 10% advance for accommodation.
Balance can be paid 10 days in advance of check-in date.
